At Sweet Mia, we strive to provide each guest a memorable relaxing spa experience while getting their nails done. In order to maintain our highest level of customer service, we shall adhere to the following policies:

RESERVATIONS

Sweet Mia encourages all guests to schedule an appointment for any of our services. To secure your booking, credit card information is required and will be used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

You can make appointments online at our website www.sweetmianailspa.com or by calling us between 9am and 5pm. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail or send a text message with your full name, desired time, and the services you want to book. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Please inform us of any allergies, product reactions, or other health concerns when booking your appointment.

A confirmation message will be sent by our automated system once your appointment is successfully booked.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. To help us serve you better, our system will send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours/No show: We appreciate your understanding that the full service fee will be charged, as our nail technicians have set aside time for your appointment and cannot accommodate other clients.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time to accommodate others.

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

Gift cards/certificates are available for purchase at our stores or our website. Our gift cards expire in 01 year.

We require the unique code on the gift card/certificates in order to be redeemed.
We are not responsible for any gift card/certificate that is lost or used without permission.

While we do not refund any services, we will happily try to fix any issues until you are 100% satisfied. 3 days guarantee for regular nail polish, 5 days guarantee for Dazzel Dry nail polish & 7 days for gel polish.
